Refund Policy
Our return and exchange policy covers products that are damaged or faulty. However, due to individual differences in taste perception, we cannot offer refunds based on personal flavour preferences. Our technology is designed to emit a delicate, aromatic essence into the air, rather than infusing it directly into the water. As a result, the flavour experience may be milder compared to that of water with added flavouring.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the arrival of your purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Should this period elapse, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
For a return to be processed, the item must be in its unused state and identical to the condition upon receipt. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs for Returns
The cost of shipping for returns will be covered by AquaBlend in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
